We intermediate between customers and hotels. Therefore our users can search and book hotel accommodation online. For our hotels’ descriptions, we use the information provided by hotels. We do our absolute best to provide only accurate information on this website. However, we can’t warranty the correctness of all information and data.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices on the Hotels-in-it.com website are per room/ for your entire stay. Customers can check the prices we get from the hotels for a particular room for the dates you select. The prices are competitive and can be altered by the properties. Refund conditions depend on the hotel’s cancelation policy.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email you received after making your booking. In most cases, hotels offer different rates for free cancelation booking and non-refundable booking (free cancelation booking is usually more expensive).
- A free cancelation booking can be cancelled free of charge, before the cancelation deadline, listed in your confirmation email.
- A non-refundable booking requires a cancelation fee. If you need to cancel the reservation due to extraordinary circumstances, such floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of war, terrorist activities, flight delays, etc. we can try to cancel your reservation for free, but we can’t guarantee it.
If the cancelation is made before the deadline, you will be given a refund within 1-2 days. In case when the cancelation is made later than requested by the property or you do not show up, the hotels may charge your credit card. Therefore, you should check the hotel’s cancellation policy attentively.
In very rare cases when your booking is cancelled by hotel you will get a full refund within 1 or 2 days.
In very rare cases when two users try to book the same venue simultaneously one of the reservations won’t be completed. The client will get a full refund within 1-14 days (it depends on the bank’s policy).

We will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your booking. You will pay for your stay at the hotel.
Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology. Our SSL certificate has been issued by Thawte.
Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to send us your credit card details. We will reimburse the first 50 euro should your credit card be misused or abused. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.
Your credit card details will be kept until your arrival date at the hotel. After this date, the details will be destroyed.
CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA
You always have the right to review the personal data you have stored with us. Please state ‘request personal data’ in the subject line of your email.
If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask us to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the same email address.

After you have made a booking you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as guarantee of the reservation.
Sometimes we may send feedback emails after your stay at the hotel. If you do not wish to give us your opinion, you can let us know and we will not request any further feedback.
In the reservation process, you can request our newsletter which contains special offers and more information. You can also choose to stop receiving the newsletter at any time.
